In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for some of the worlds leading MSP's, storage providers, and global enterprises. You'll ensure smooth onboarding, tackle technical challenges, and help users maximise the value of our customer's platforms. Your day-to-day will include responding to support queries, creating documentation, assisting with pre-sales, and working with the engineering team to relay customer feedback.
This isn't your typical support role, it is about shaping the customer journey, driving innovation, and contributing to a dynamic startup atmosphere. You'll need hands-on experience with cloud platforms, servers, networks, and tools like Office 365. If you are ready to get stuck into complex problems and thrive on delivering exceptional support, we want to hear from you.
What You Bring:
Strong technical skills in cloud, servers, and networking
Experience in MSP environments and tech support
Passion for problem-solving and a startup mentality
Great communication and the ability to work independently
