National Aquarium of New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team as a Visitor Services Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis (33 hours over 4 days). If you're ready to dive into an exciting role surrounded by fascinating aquatic creatures, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Visitor Services Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests across our reception, retail, café and food service spaces. You will be confident in dealing with people face to face, listening to visitor’s needs and delivering a consistently high level of service at all times.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly focused, possess great initiative, and excel as all-rounders. It offers an opportunity to enhance skills and make significant contributions to the delivery of visitor services at one of New Zealand’s premier tourist attractions.

Excellent customer service skills
Food service and retail experience
Ability to work evening, weekend and public holidays in accordance with a pre-agreed roster system
Detail oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities and/or requirements
