We currently have a rare opportunity to join our executive support team based at ASB North Wharf in Wynyard Quarter. In this pivotal role you will provide executive support to the Chief Risk Officer and the GM Customer and Credit Solutions. This is an exciting role for a highly motivated EA with proven experience in a similarly challenging role.

Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?
This wide and varied role encompasses all aspects of EA and administration support at a senior level. Your ability to prioritise and meet deadlines will be second to none. You will have exceptional business communications skills, take pride in your work, combined with a well-developed ability to exercise sound judgement and thrive on assuming responsibility. Naturally you will have the ability to always maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion. We require strong organisational skills to coordinate reporting and management deliverables as well as confidence in liaising with stakeholders at various levels. Your proven experience carrying out advanced MS Office Suite skills will help to facilitate the creation of key documents and presentations.
