Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and proactive Team Assistant to provide second-to-none administrative support to two busy teams. You will be supporting:
the Climate Change team, responsible for advice on key climate issues, and
the Regions, Enterprise and Economic Development team, responsible for advice on a range of economic and spending issues.
This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including
Document management (formatting, processing and distribution)
Diary, meeting and email management
Organising travel and meeting/event administration
Resource, HR and financial support
You will be responsible for providing exemplary support to leaders and their teams to allow them to fully focus on producing their outputs to achieve the Treasury's desired outcomes.
The role would suit a talented and enthusiastic administrator who thrives in a busy environment and can work with a wide range of people and juggle multiple priorities to ensure the seamless provision of services across the organisation as needed.
