Salary between $57,291 and $63,630 per annum
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
Busy and varied service
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for an Administration Officer - Dispatch to contribute to the smooth running of the Clinical Records service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
This fast-paced role has a strong focus on records management, maintaining our information database and maintaining tidy storage areas so records can be quickly retrieved when required. There are also opportunities to contribute to process improvement.

Mōu ake - About you
To be successful in this busy role you will enjoy working in a demanding environment. You will be efficient, able to access to information quickly with the ability to work in a structured environment with some repetitive tasks.
You will need an understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and will be discrete as you will be handing confidential patient information.
You must be a team player with very good communication skills, who understands and appreciates the need for attention to detail. In addition your strong computer and systems knowledge will see you succeed in this position.

Utu whānui - Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 1B between Step 1 $57,291 to Step 3 $63,630 pa dependant on relevant experience.
