Where you’ll be working: Meade Clinical Centre, Waikato Hospital

The details: Permanent Part Time – 32 hours per week

We are seeking a booking clerk to join our team within the outpatient clinic, Meade Clinical Centre.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Maintain accurate patient information
Schedule outpatient clinic appointments
Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health targets
Liaising with staff and patients

Mōu | About you
Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
Strong customer service focus
Proven and demonstrated experience in an administration role and computer skills
Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong administration and computer skills, pervious administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
