Job Description


The Position
It’s no secret that our community loves to swim! Caroline Bay Trust Aoraki Centre (CBay), proudly offers an excellent swim school programmes for all abilities and ages.
Our team of Learn2Swim instructors are inspiring teachers who provide for all levels of swim instruction, from essential survival skills to competent swimmers.
We are looking to grow our amazing team of swim instructors, if you have a passion for working with people, love being in the water, and having fun, we want to hear from you!
Ideal candidates will have a fun and caring personality, love working in a team, can inspire students’ passion for swimming, and create entertaining and engaging learning environments.
This is a casual role - We are looking for a person who can often cover absences at short notice. The hourly rate for this role is $28.07 - $28.91 per hour. Check out a copy of the role description here .
Previous experience is a bonus however not essential, a love for the water and working with people of all ages from infants to adults is a must. Full training is provided to successful candidate.
