Night Fill Assistant Manager
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment? Pak’nSave Papakura is looking to employ a full-time Night Fill Assistant Manager to join our team.

About Us: We are a locally owned and operated supermarket, part of the Foodstuffs North Island Cooperative, that employs over 185 people and serve over 26,000 customers each and every week. Role Overview: As the Night Fill Assistant Manager, you will in conjunction with the Night Fill Manager, lead our night fill team, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and the store is ready for the next day. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the night fill team to ensure efficiency.

Stock Management: Ensure shelves are restocked accurately and efficiently.

System Adaptability: Quickly learn and implement new systems and processes.

Customer Service: Maintain a focus on providing excellent service, even during night shifts.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, including operating a forklift.

Qualifications and Skills:
Current Fork Hoist Certificate
Physically fit and capable of meeting the role’s demands
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
Basic math skills
Proven record of excellent attendance
Leadership experience with the ability to work unsupervised
Customer service experience

Working Hours:
Sunday to Wednesday: 9:00PM – 8:00 AM (3-day weekends!)
