This is a unique opportunity to build a career in skin cancer surveillance and treatments.
We are offering a part time position (approx 16 hours/week) in our beautiful Whanganui clinic.

MoleMap provides you with full training to achieve the status of RN Melanographer.
Your newly acquired skills in skin cancer assessment will give patients peace of mind and improve patient outcomes through the very early detection of melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.
In this role you will:
Perform skin checks and image lesions for Dermatologists Diagnosis, using MoleMap's proprietary imaging technology and software and,
Provide health education to assist patients in managing their ongoing skin cancer risk
Work autonomously, but with the full backing of our remote support melanographer network.

Strong computer skills – comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn and gain competence with a variety of medical practice software packages.
A high level of integrity and professionalism - we will train you in all the skills you need but you need commitment to become expert in your role.
Current registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand
Experience in dermatology and/or melanography desirable
