ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Online Home Delivery Agent, you will be required to deliver a customer’s Online shopping order to their home or designated address on the nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest standard of excellent customer service. Some of the key areas for the role will be:
Supporting the wider Online team in picking and packing orders
Load and unload deliveries/orders efficiently by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
Deliver orders to the correct delivery address efficiently
Adhere to the food safety, health & safety and compliance policies and guidelines for Online and the store
Assist in ensuring other departments meet their Online responsibilities as required

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
Valid full, clean Drivers License
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Comply with our food control plan / health and safety programme
A “Can Do” Attitude
Right to work in New Zealand
