Job Position - Abacus Instructors/Tutors - Multiple Positions

Ideal Candidate -
Have experience as an Abacus Instructor for a minimum of 6 months - (Should be able to do Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division on the Abacus)
Should have taken formal training in Abacus Instruction (Essential)
Excellent communication skills (English)

Hours of Work - 30 hours a week including Saturday and Sunday. You would be working 6-7 days a week.

Work Location - You will be working at our Hamilton centre. You also may need to travel occassionally to our other centres from time to time.

Position purpose:
To be responsible for preparing lesson plans, instructing students at all levels and provide reports to the organisation and parents.

Main tasks Core objectives include:
Provide instruction to SIP Abacus students across various levels
Monitor the performance of children being trained and provide regular updates to the parents through email and face to face meetings
Speak to parents regularly and resolve any queries they may have
Conduct Trial Classes for prospective students who are looking to join SIP Abacus
Review and respond to any queries of the parents
Contact parents in case of any issues
Raise any issues with management

Secondary Tasks
Ensure that the centre has enough stationary for successful conduct of the classes.
Be proactive and maintain the health and safety at the workplace.
Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace before and after the classes.

Pay Rates:
The payrate is $31.61 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
We will offer you the best payrates in the industry as long as you can show your dedication and put in your best efforts to make the students a minimum of 5x better in Maths ability .
